Gator Invitational

The 2019 Gator Invitational is an elite, limited-field junior boys golf event hosted by the Country Club of Jackson.

This 36-hole event presents an opportunity for the best junior players across the world to compete. The event will include a practice round, 2 tournament rounds, a players banquet, meals, tee gifts and awards.

February 23-24, 2019

The Gator is open to male participants who meet the following criteria:

  • 19 years old or younger as of the tournament final round date
  • Have not enrolled in college as of the application deadline of November 30, 2018
  • Are not enrolled in a 4-year college as of the tournament final round date

Occasionally, top juniors work to graduate from high school a semester early in order to enroll in online and/or junior college courses prior to their enrollment in a 4-year college the following summer/fall. Our intention is to allow those individuals meeting that unique criteria an opportunity to compete in this event.

The Gator is a 36-Hole Championship competed over two days. There is only one division and the event is a Boys Championship.
